Pay Range:  $55,000 - $65,000

As an Account Manager, you would be the primary contact for your clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. You will also oversee field operations responsible for delivering high quality and professional service in the field. 

Accountabilities:

​Client Satisfaction:

1. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
2. Performing site walk-throughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met
3. Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal  

Sales:

1. Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients
2. Generating referrals from existing clients and passing them to the Business Developer
3. Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable margins and ratios that support financial goals  

Operations:

1. Efficient execution and an eye for quality
2. Maintaining satisfactory accounts receivable levels
3. Coordinating with the Office Administrator to ensure databases contain up-to-date client information

Requirements:

• 1 year minimum of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry
• An associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience 
• A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace

Additional, not mandatory:

• The ability to lead, coach and develop teams
• Spanish Speaking
