John S. Koepke - President
Born and reared in Nebraska, John received his education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and ASU and holds degrees in Geography and Environmental Studies. Prior to purchasing the company with his brother, John was employed with one of the Valley’s premier landscape companies for 13 years as project manager, sales director and director of business development. John brings an extraordinary wealth of knowledge of arid landscape management to Summit Landcare clients. John is a certified Arborist and member of the International Society of Arboriculture
Carmen Alvarado - Office Manager
A native of Los Angeles, Carmen moved to Arizona in 2000. She attended schools in Mesa and earned an associate degree from Pima Medical Institute. A seven-year employee of Summit Landcare, Carmen efficiently manages all the various demanding office tasks involved with the business side of the company. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Carmen is the polite, helpful office voice of Summit Landcare.
J. Antonio Larios - Director Of Operations
Antonio began his vocation in the landscape industry in field labor for Summit Landcare ten years ago. Identified as a star employee, Antonio rapidly advanced through company position ladders to director of operations. Antonio is experienced in all areas of landscape maintenance and restoration. A dedicated company representative, Antonio enjoys the challenges the Southwest desert presents. His leadership and enthusiasm are central to our company's success.
Ramon H. Guevara - Lead Supervisor
Ramon is a longtime resident of Phoenix and a key employee of Summit Landcare. Ramon started his career in horticulture in the 1980s as a farmer in the San Joaquin Valley of California. Ramon is knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape maintenance and irrigation systems and has extensive experience in ornamental and turf management. Ramon's distinctive personal qualities and bilingual skills make him an invaluable asset to the company.
